Control of Amino Acid Synthesis in Tissue Culture Cells 1

Low concentrations of cycloheximide added to rose suspension culture cells stopped protein synthesis and drastically reduced the incorporation of 14C into arginine, lysine, isoleucine, threonine, and valine.
