A polar gibberellin active in the dwarf rice (Oryza sativa L.) seedling and barley (Hordeum vulgare L.) half-seed assays was extracted from immature sour cherry (Prunus cerasus L.) seed and identified as gibberellin A32 by gas-liquid chromatography and selected ion monitoring.
