Seedlings were initially grown under continuous white light (43 W m-2) for 24 h and were then grown in the dark or in dim white light (0.42 W m-2) or green light (3.8 W m-2) for 5 d at 22°C in the presence (+DCMU) or absence (-DCMU) of 1 µM DCMU.
