Watt, M. and Evans, J.R. Linking Development and Determinancy with Organic Acid Efflux from Proteoid Roots of White Lupin Grown with Low Phosphorus and Ambient or Elevated Atmospheric CO2 Concentration.

On page 714 the authors incorrectly state the citrate exudation rate. The sentence is printed correctly below:

We have made preliminary measurements of respiration rates of whole pieces of proteoid roots which greatly exceed the peak rate of exudation (4 mmol O2 g-1 DW min-1 for 0.4 mmol citrate g-1 DW min-1), suggesting that the flux through the TCA cycle is unlikely to limit the rate of citrate exudation.
