The authors regret that there was an error in reporting the concentration of phosphatidylinositol (PtdIns) substrate used in the reactions. The final concentration of PtdIns for all PtdIns kinase assays except for those reported in Figures 3 and 4 was 0.58 mM, not 5.8 mM as originally reported. For Figures 3 and 4, the substrate concentration was 0.29 mM PtdIns. The experiments described in Figure 4 were repeated using both 0.29 mM and 0.58 mM PtdIns with similar results.
