for Ma et al., Plant Physiology 150:1619 CORRECTIONSVol. 149: 1127–1140, 2009 Ma X., Shor O., Diminshtein S., Yu L., Im Y.J., Perera I., Lomax A., Boss W.F., and Moran N. Phosphatidylinositol (4,5)Bisphosphate Inhibits K+-Efflux Channel Activity in NT1 Tobacco Cultured Cells. In the first footnote of the article, the funding information for the Israel National Science Foundation should be: Israel Science Foundation (grant nos. 550/01 and 953/07 to N.M.). The first two sentences in the "Solutions" section of "Materials and Methods" should read: Bath (external) solution included (in mM): 5 KCl, 1 CaCl2, and 10 MES. pH was 5.6 or 7, as indicated in the text, and osmolarity was 435 mOsm. The following paragraph should be added to the "Solutions" section of "Materials and Methods": Isotonic solution: 10 mM KCl, 1 mM CaCl2, 10 mM MES, pH 5.5, adjusted osmolality to 450 mOsm by D-sorbitol. Cell wall digestion solution: Isotonic solution with the following final concentrations of enzymes: 1% (w/v) Onozuka R10 cellulase (Gallard-Schlesinger Chemical; catalog no. B6144), 0.1% pectolyase Y23 (Seishin Pharmaceutical), and 0.5% bovine serum albumin (Sigma; catalog no. A6003).
