  • Supplemental Data - Supplemental Movie: Animation showing the kinetics of luminescence signal induction in a PromPECP1:LUC+ plantlet after transfer to a �Pi medium. Plants were grown for 4 days in constant light on high Pi modified MS/10 agar medium, and transferred right before the first acquisition onto low Pi medium. Luminescence induction was imaged every hour during 3.75 days (1 min acquisition, binning = 2).
