On the Cover: Editor's Choice: The Next Generation of Biotech Crops
The cover features a unique hologram of an artist's rendition of a DNA molecule superimposed onto a corn field during the harvest. This image represents the relationship between biotechnology and future crop development. The hologram is an embossed-type rainbow hologram. Holograms are best viewed when held flat and viewed either in direct sunlight or under a halogen-type spotlight that is at least 6 feet from their surface. Under ideal conditions, the viewer will perceive more than an inch of “true depth” between the foremost and rearmost planes of graphics.
