    • F6-a  Data obtained from densitometric analysis of individual spots (see Fig. 2): normalized spot volume in the 1-d imbibed seeds (Fig. 1B) divided by the normalized spot volume in the dry mature seeds (Fig. 1A) ± sd; >200 means that the accumulation level of the corresponding protein in the dry mature seeds was close to background.
