  • K+-responsive groups of functionally related genes were identified by iGA based on RP lists of shoot genes sorted for down-regulation over 12 experiments (2 and 6 h K+ resupply, three replicates with two controls each). Significantly affected gene groups up to an FDR of 10% are shown. Some of the groups may overlap completely because genes are classified similarly by various annotations, and in these cases they are combined for the presentation in Tables II to V.
