Fruit weight of ripe fruit (mean ± sd, n = 5–7) and locule number (n = 9–17; when more than one number is indicated, a bold character shows the most frequent locule number) were measured in fruit grown in Avignon, spring 2003, as detailed in “Materials and Methods.”
