Variance weighted mean period ± variance weighted se (n) was calculated for the period of the free-running rhythms of CCR2LUC expression. The indicated genotypes were entrained as described in Figure 1 and then transferred to the indicated light conditions. Period estimates were generated using the method described by Plautz et al. (1997) and statistical comparisons were made using a two-tailed Student's t test. N/D, Not determined.
