Enzyme activities in antisense mitochondrial citrate synthase lines
Activities were determined in 6-week-old fully expanded source leaves harvested 6 h into the photoperiod. Data presented are mean ± se of measurements from six independent plants per genotype; values set in bold type were determined by the t test to be significantly different (P < 0.05) from the wild type.
