The gene expression level was determined by real-time RT-PCR analysis. Results are presented as relative transcript abundance, and the relative transcript abundance of the gene of interest in the control sample was arbitrarily defined as 1. The abiotic stress-inducible RD29A gene was used as a control for treatment efficiency. The data represent means ± sd of three replicates.
